bad service horrible lag

app hasn’t been updated in over a year. does not work properly 75% of the time. if i could switch banks and get rid of this app as a whole i would!

App is never up to date

This app hardly ever up to date with transactions, "slow electronic processing” is my guess and Face ID glitches out every time I turn it on. This app needs an update !

Needs an update

Not bad as far as some banking apps go but it is in desperate need of an update. UI feels heavily outdated and things as simple as finding your routing number are overly complicated. Also often times can’t even open the app for hours.
