No matter how many times u update the this app there is always an issue with it ! Either u can't get into the app without using a passcode or it's doesn't want to load ! Been trying to get into the app for 10 minutes and all it does is searching! I don't have time to sit and just wait for this app to search! Soon as u click on the app it should just open up! Supposed to make life easier it's not!

Needs improvement
This app freezes too often. The last three times of me opening the app. I have to exit out close out my phone and start it up again before I can gain access. I’ve checked for recent updates and there is none available. I don’t have issues with my other bank apps.

Hasn’t worked in 2 days
Always getting locked out
The app always locks me out and makes me reset my password. It’s a headache. One time I had to call Smartbank and then they told me I have to come in in person just to be able to use the app. It’s not my favorite banking app .. just sayin.

Works good. Wish you could view multiple months of activity rather than just the most recent. Great customer service when problems are encountered and they are resolved quickly

SmartBank
Easy to use. Transferring money from one account to another is easy and quick. Fees are usually returned.
Works fine most of the time
Compared to other, albeit much larger, banks I use, there aren’t as many features and recently the app was down and I couldn’t access my funds. Naturally it was a weekend, and they don’t have weekend or after hours support.
Crashes a lot
App crashes a lot and won’t load during the most important times especially if I lock my card and need to unlock it for a purchase but the app is down. Very frustrating.
