I’ve been using the Auburn branch of SmartBank. The various people who work in that branch have always been kind, helpful, & very professional. They also have dog treats that my boy, Benny, appreciates!

Love the online app. I can move $$. Pay bills. Check balances. See what I’ve spent in just seconds. Also if I need to speak to a real person they are always available. Very friendly helpful and professional.

No matter how many times u update the this app there is always an issue with it ! Either u can't get into the app without using a passcode or it's doesn't want to load ! Been trying to get into the app for 10 minutes and all it does is searching! I don't have time to sit and just wait for this app to search! Soon as u click on the app it should just open up! Supposed to make life easier it's not!

Needs improvement
This app freezes too often. The last three times of me opening the app. I have to exit out close out my phone and start it up again before I can gain access. I’ve checked for recent updates and there is none available. I don’t have issues with my other bank apps.

Hasn’t worked in 2 days
Always getting locked out
The app always locks me out and makes me reset my password. It’s a headache. One time I had to call Smartbank and then they told me I have to come in in person just to be able to use the app. It’s not my favorite banking app .. just sayin.

Works good. Wish you could view multiple months of activity rather than just the most recent. Great customer service when problems are encountered and they are resolved quickly
