It was difficult to order and i had to pay extortionate shipping costs but after that everything went smooth just hoped they would include shipping costs but in the first payment

Overall the app is amazing how ever when you ship the items you’ve purchased it’s usually £100 for a 6kg haul with rehearsal which isn’t ideal

Worse company ever, shipping is ridiculously high and then they won’t even accept the item back and demand u to buy shipping, I brought to trainers for £20 and they wanted around £100 shipping and then once I paid it they demanded extra shipping free called freight difference. Because the weight was higher than expected how’s that my problem?? Weight it properly the first time and then they demanded an extra £60. It’s a joke don’t fall into it.

Scammers
They send me totally different products from what i asked for and paid for. Then they said “idk seller said its ok” and they brush it off. The pictures were not clear enough since i had to open the package in order to confirm the type of the airpods. Also many products are very bad quality, if you buy at discount they add on shipping (one 8kg parcel i paid 120$ and another one i got with discount points i paid 255$ for 8kg so they just pump the shipping price. When they weight the parcel, one was 8kg and they said 8.7 kg to charge more. They are just scammers

No Refunds
I was excited to see the pictures of the items that I purchased but it ended getting lost in transit for months, never delivered to me. The agent that I had to purchase my things for me did their job but after that I received no help from customer service. I was also asked to pay extra more for shipping a week or two after my initial order (tariffs went up at that time so makes somewhat sense) so the order was more than $100. I reached out to customer support countless times for a refund after waiting for so long but only to be directed to my local postal office, who then redirected me back to CNFans. Don’t even try to ask for a refund because they’ll avoid it as much as possible and be careful what you buy from here if you do end up purchasing something.

Vale como empezar me decían que en el envío eran 40 euros luego me lo llevaron un almacén y me cobraron 200 euros para que me lo traigan a mi casa por 6 cosas o así luego algunas cosas parecen plástico también te digo y las zapatillas igual de mal bueno luego en el correo me mandan que valla a recogerlo y tuve que pagar 19 euros en metálico pero que es esto .PORFAVOR NO COMPRÉIS
