App is getting crashed
After entering the ID and password, the app does not shows the account and just keeps on loading with 3 dots going left, right and centre
Bad customer service
Representative on call put me on hold and didn't come back till 10 mins and end up I jad to disconnected the call. I didn't receive refund yet. Representative who attend my call chandra gave me the false assurance that refund has been initiated bit It hasn't been credited yet.
Cant update mobile number on file
I was redeeming my loyalty award worth 3,750 pesos through Gcash when I noticed that the number was incorrect. There was an option to change the delivery phone number, I changed it to my correct phone number but I did not receive the money to my Gcash account. I hope someone would fix it asap.
Why make it hard
Cant edit my number. Sent multiple request to change as the edit for the number greyed out. Still nothing. Unable to use my points.
rewards points gone
my reward points gone trying to redeem gcash convert. Can't find my points no longer in my wallet balance.
