Cant update mobile number on file
I was redeeming my loyalty award worth 3,750 pesos through Gcash when I noticed that the number was incorrect. There was an option to change the delivery phone number, I changed it to my correct phone number but I did not receive the money to my Gcash account. I hope someone would fix it asap.
Why make it hard
Cant edit my number. Sent multiple request to change as the edit for the number greyed out. Still nothing. Unable to use my points.
rewards points gone
my reward points gone trying to redeem gcash convert. Can't find my points no longer in my wallet balance.
Issues transferring points to Gcash
It always happens to me, whent transferring points to my Gcash account. I tried to transfer again, the points was deducted from the app but did not received on my Gcash account. Already sent emails to your support team but not getting any updates or fix. Please fix this issue.
Do not use
I made a purchase from the app but the product was never delivered and i never received the refund. All i get is a response in mail saying that they are looking into it. Its been more than 2 months now...
Faulty app
Faulty app. Always deducts a transaction yet no points redeemed. Takes a month to process a refund.
Unable to login
Unable to login in the app. Error occurring: not enrolled in DUO. Never this error came.
Always a mess
So frustrating that every time I redeem points there is always an issue then the support team is too long to take action.

Phone Number Error
It is asking me to enter my phone number to avail exclusive benefits. But when I enter my phone number (reflecting in WD) it has an error that says "Unauthorized".
Please fix unauthorized number issue
I cant use this app, whenever I tried to open it it requires to put my number then there’s an error message saying unauthorized. That’s my number in my work. I will not change my rate if you’ll not fixed this.
Unable to login
It is not letting me in the app. Asking to enter a phone number which i have been using since. Now it says unauthorized.

Phone number
Can this app at least authorized my phone number as I’m getting frustrated entering my phone number and it just tells me it is unauthorized. I have used my phone number for this for 3 years and now it’s not accepting.
App Issues
Lot of issues in the App. I tried to transfer a rewards points to a GCash it says transaction failed but the amount is no where to be found. This is the 4th time that this happened to me. I always had to wait 48 hours. They are aware about the issue but not doing anything to fix it.
App getting crashed
After login and entering passcode it was getting crashed continuously. Later on somehow went a step ahead where it asks about location. When selected auto detect it showing no service is provided in this location. When clicked on country it’s getting hanged . Please look in to this urgently.
Redeeming
I always encounter an error redeeming points. Such an inconvenience to request a refund from Support!
Useless App
Very useless app. You cant even use your own hard earned money on time because of this system delay
Access
Still you are requiring access for duo app but we already did sent out a lot of follow ups regarding this and still no action.
