Better looking but access is hit or miss

I can’t tell you how many times I have tried logging in and keep getting errors to try again later. It’s very inconveniencing especially when you need to transact money urgently. I sure hope they fix the kinks soon because I actually like the new look.

Bad experience

After updating the app, I was completely locked out of my account. Username and password reset do not work, and customer service keeps saying the system is under maintenance.
I have been calling back and forth from the diaspora with no solution. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Why update an app that leaves customers unable to access their money? I am honestly done with Kenyan banking if this is the level of service.
