I can never just access my statements with ease, without constantly reaching out to get it figured out! So annoying!

Outdated App
This is such a terrible app. It takes multiple times to open even after entering the OTP code. On top of that once youโre able to access, it is difficult doing basic things such as going through recent transactions, making payouts etc. In such an innovative age it is shameful to see such a big bank have a rather useless application

Most useless app, worked for few months but not anymore. Doesnโt recognise password and wonโt let me change.
