Horrible app

I can never just access my statements with ease, without constantly reaching out to get it figured out! So annoying!

Outdated App

This is such a terrible app. It takes multiple times to open even after entering the OTP code. On top of that once you’re able to access, it is difficult doing basic things such as going through recent transactions, making payouts etc. In such an innovative age it is shameful to see such a big bank have a rather useless application

Most useless app, worked for few months but not anymore. Doesn’t recognise password and won’t let me change.

Bad App

This App is the worst I have ever used. It fails 75% of the time and I am moving my banking services to another bank.

For a bank that has been in business for close to 100yrs…. a bank which is well known…which reports big profits - much must be invested in its Crazy APP … customer friendly NOT JUA KALI and Korogocho type of applications… actually KCB needs to move from Stone Age (Adam and Eve) times to the 21st Century

Claims my device is jail broken

Not working on my device. I get a warning at startup that the app has detected that my device is jail broken. No option to proceed.

I’m on Apple iPhone 8Plus, iOS 16.1.1. No other app, including Apple apps and several financial apps, report this problem.

I can still access my KCB account via a web browser on the phone.
