Unable to make rtp transfers
Seriously?
We thought it was a good idea to have a link to statements that cannot be downloaded? Why is this app so bad? I mean every time I think it can’t be worst you try to access a new ‘feature’ that doesn’t work and you realize the app is as bad as it gets
Issue
After the lastest update the app randomly keeps promoting me to enroll “if it’s my 1st time” which it isn’t i have to constantly close the app and reload for that screen to move and allow me to login usually
New Online Mobile App
This newly updated system was very easy and user friendly. Quick and now with added security sign in verification. Awesome! Keep up the great work!
Face ID needs an update

Very easy and convenience to use.
Good app !
Very convenient app but more features need to be added. You should be able to view your account number in the app like some financial institutions as well as add payees so don’t need to be typing in an a/c number constantly because you send someone in particular money frequently. The ability to transfer money with just an email or cell phone number would also be a good feature to have.

Why is this app so frustrating!
I seriously think this is one of the worst apps I have encountered on iPhone. You are prompted to change your password so often that it doesn’t make sense. Yet you can’t change the password on the phone.
You have to sign in with a PIn that comes a few hours after you try to sign in. Even if all this is deliberate the fact that it is so cumbersome makes me want to scream. I hate this app!

Frustrating App
I have been using this app for years and this is overbearing and frustrating. How can you have a mobile app that locks the user out and forces them to go to a computer to create a new password? Password expiation is frustrating and doesn’t make sense but to force me to find a computer to get a new password is frustrating. I would not recommend using this app. Use your computer instead because you have to!

Easy to use.
Good but update issues
This is a very good and useful app with a relative good UI however, since the UPDATE I have not been able to access as my account and the website I was instructed to visited provided no solution. Can someone please assist ?
