Solid tool but the bugs need to go for professional use
I’m a coach coordinator and this app is solid at first, but the bugs can make it pretty frustrating to use seamlessly or at a higher level. Editing programs is wonky, messages from clients are visible to every coach at my org (absolutely the the most concerning bug), and text formatting is strange. I want to love this, and some parts I do, but it feels like this app should operate more smoothly given its age and how many tools there are to build and edit apps nowadays. It doesn’t make much sense to me, and I plan on switching my agency and coaches to Practice Better if the features remain this weird and unpredictable.

Super helpful in coaching my men’s small group
I really enjoyed Coach Catalyst allowing the app to do a lot of heavy lifting to keeping men on track in my group. I also communicate directly through the app with them as well.
Password does not work in app on phone
I’ve recently changed my PW for my account. It was a successful change because I am able to log in on my desktop and laptop, but I cannot log in on the app. I’ve checked 12 times to make sure the fault was not mine. My credentials work everywhere (even on my phone browser) but does not work for the application. It’s frustrating. Fix it. Please

Can’t even log in
issues on the app it’s not lettiing me log in telling me my pass is wrong but I know it isn’t then to change and I put the same pass and it says you can’t use a password that you’ve used before so that’s how I know I didn’t put the wrong pass I’ve tried to change my password 3 times and it’s just not letting me get in

Can’t cancel account
They make it very hard for you to even delete your account.
