Can’t create account
The app keeps buffering when I tried to create an account and will not allow me to move forward. Nobody has time for all of that when you are trying to be somewhere by a certain time. Bad enough you have a 15 minute window to wait on the cab sometimes longer.
Will only use in a pinch
I usually use Uber but where I’m located, you cannot choose an SUV or Van and I had too much luggage for a car. I booked in advance and the driver was early. But he was parked half a block away across a main street I saw where he was on the app and walked there to flag him down. The van was dirty but the driver was pleasant. I’ll only use them in a pinch as Uber is more reliable and cleaner and only a slightly higher price.

Horrible
Absolutely appalling how this service is always late every time I request a ride. Almost every morning I’m late to work because there is a “delay” or not enough cabs and when I look on the map to see how many are in my area not one of them is moving or on a job. Terrible service with rude drivers who seem upset at their job.

The app is useless
Don’t used the app if you going to a base they will send a person who don’t have military access

Absolutely terrible app. Most of the drivers I’ve had are either terrible drivers or just rude. Absolutely awful taxi service for military members to use on base.
Late and had to cancel
Scheduled a ride the day before and Still didn’t show up on time and didn’t notify me till my scheduled time. Had to cancel and get and uber.
No show.
Got another coastal cab than the one I scheduled. Just hopped on the ones waiting outside. Problems cancelling booking as well. I think calling them is better but they’re still pretty bad at showing up on time in norfolk from my past experience.
The worst ever
Every time I book a cab they never come and I always book it a few hours in advance then when you call them they tell you they have no car in the area if I can give zero stars I would.
Don’t Do It
Tried the app to pre-book a ride for my wife to the airport for a morning flight. Driver never showed and my wife had to drive our family car to the airport to make her flight. Now I have to find a way to go get our car from the airport with two toddlers.
I called the operator, no help at all. Only explanation I received was that it was early in the morning and maybe there weren’t that many cars out.
If this is their level of service, it’s no wonder ride-shares are taking over.

Worked fine
I was a bit worried after all the negative reviews, but I had no problem. Car arrived a few minutes early, but happy to wait. App notified me when it was on the way and again when it was nearby. Driver was competent and courteous. Price estimate was right on.
Gives mysterious error
When this app first launched, I was able to book one ride. The next time I tried, it said that it did not book for my area. Now, it gives me an error with the message "Misc error".
It was a great idea, shame no one is keeping it up.

Ruuuuddeee! Use uber
Drivers are beyond rude! They talk on the phone and then keep asking where you are going when the destination was already put in. They don't like to wait even though it seems like it's not a big deal since they use meters. Save yourself the hassle and just use uber. Better people and clean cars.
Doesn't work anymore
I haven't been able to use the app OR their website to book a cab the past two times I tried. It always gives an error. The time before that I booked the cab and the app showed that it had been canceled twice for no reason, then it finally kept the third reservation. Then two cabs showed up at the same time. It just is too buggy to rely on.

No call no show
Made a reservation on the app and got confirmation the driver was on their way. First the app showed they were down by Aberdeen Gardens, then going away from my pick up point at Saunders and Big Bethel. After the can was shown down near Phoebus, the driver marked my ride complete. This app gives you no way to contact the driver coming to get you, nor their company. Stick with uber or call the cab yourself.

Easy and fast
I love this app! I booked, confirmed an was able to see my cab in real time on it's way within mins. Took 10mins for the cab to arrive. The driver was kind an agreed to a flat rate. I highly suggest this app.
For the drivers. Not the app.
The drivers for the Norfolk/Hampton area are extremely rude for the most part. They refuse to pick people up around grocery stores and laundromat. They will get mad at you if you are only going a mile or so down the road. Their cabs are very poorly maintained and I haven't had one trip where the driver was not talking on his phone the whole time while driving instead of paying attention to the road. Use Uber or Lyft in these areas for nice respectable drivers and cheaper fares. I will not use norfolk area cabs again and I hope no one else does either.

Simple and fast
Cab was at my house within ten minutes, and a licensed driver got me. Made it to the airport no problem!
No Taxi
I booked a taxi 4 days in advance. The app claimed i was picked up and dropped off. I booked another one, and immediately got a call from a driver, who was on his way. Never showed up. At last I call the taxi service, a nice lady on the other line assured me that a taxi was on the way. I waited outside for an hour and a half, not a single car driving by, and missed my train.
