Very bad customer service and fraud app
Cobone is completely fraud app they are showing expired offers and taking money and when contact customer service they are very rude and claim that their system has no issue , it is pathetic response from customer service rather solving issue, don’t install this app and save ur money

I’ve bought tickets using this app for global village. And i tried to enter there 3-4 times on different dates but they never admitted me. They said vague reasons and didn’t let me enter through with this ticket. I don’t if it’s their problem or this application’s. Anyways I’ve successfully wasted my money!

لا يهتم بالعميل وخدمة العملاء اسم فقط
قمت بشراء تذاكر عن طريق التطبيق في مدينة جدة واكتشفت انها صالحه خلال ايام محدده من وسط الاسبوع وانا من سكان الطايف وتواجدي بجدة يكون جمعه وسبت ،، وتقدمت بشكوى وطلب استرجاع المبلغ وقالوا لي الرد خلال ٤٨ ساعه ولي الان حوالي ١٠ ايام ولم يتواصل معي احد ولم يرد علي احد!!!!!

Been using Cobone for years and has been a game-changer for exploring Dubai. I’ve done a number of experiences, favourites being a hot air balloon and an awesome yacht trip, both were unforgettable.

البرنامج حلو وعروضهم جداً جميلة لكن سياستهم غلط للاسف في حال ما استخدمت الكوبون وانتهت المدة فلوسك تروح عليك خسرت 300 ريال مع اني كلمت المستشفى وقالو فلوسك ترجع من عند تطبيق كوبون وتطبيق كوبون رفضو يرجعونها لان سياستهم تنص على ذلك مع ان عندهم بند انو ترجع في حال رجعتها الجهة المشتركة معاهم لكن رفضو فلوسك اللي تدخل البرنامج انسى ترجع حتى لو ما استخدمتها 🙂💔

حجزت العاب لاطفالي ودفعت المره الاولى طلع فشل في الدقع بعدين حاسبت ثانيه وسحبو بعدها اكتشفت ان بالمرتين كانو ساحبين المبلغ وادور لهم رقم ماحصلت واراسلهم محد يرد علي انتبهو من التطبيق انتبهو
