Worst App I’ve Used In Years
This app is completely pointless. You can basically make a grocery list, but other apps make lists much better. It doesn’t tie out to their specials, their digital coupons, it just basically makes list so that you can order your groceries and have them delivered.
Hard to use
Having a hard time with updating address for my account. Get to the part where says update account, I touch and nothing happens.
App is a pain
I downloaded the app to order groceries online. It was a complete pain. It would be faster to just go to the store and shop for myself.
If your devs read these reviews, check out the Target app. They do it right, especially when it continue to looking at the weekly ads and ordering the ad items.
From how unuserfriendly this app is, I question if they actually want people using it.
Luckily, Coborns has great food, so i will still shop there. Just not from the app.

Log In Every Time?!
How is it 2020 and an app requires you to log in every time?? This one does. I am forced to shop Coborn’s for a trip out of town, thought using the app would save me time, but when it doesn’t remember me every time I open it, not very efficient.
Clunky search engine
Keyword search brings irrelevant incomplete results. Topical search buttons not helpful. Takes forever to complete cart - much longer than on similar apps. App deletes your entire cart if you switch stores, with no warning.
Not everything in the store is available for pick up
The very first item I searched for isn’t available for pick up. If it’s on the shelf there, why isn’t it available for pick up? This would have been a really great service for me, but I guess not! I’m very disappointed.
Wish app would keep me logged in!
I love that I can scan items and add it to my list - but it is super annoying to have to log in each time I go back into the app. Coborn’s - please fix this and I will never grocery shop anywhere else...
Easy to use! Very Convenient!
I found this app to be very easy to use. Everything that could be on your grocery list is available. The time windows are very convenient. I usually can pick up my groceries within two hours of ordering. Saves our family a ton of time by not having to shop in the store!
Decent selection.... BUT
The app is relatively easy to use, but the advance order time Coborns requires in order for them to assemble an order defeats a lot of the benefits of ordering online. You should be able to assemble an order, pay for it, and pick it up within 2 hours. Instead, they want you to choose
a single day of the week with a 2 hour pickup window. This is probably why I have never seen a vehicle parked in a designated online pickup spot, and I live within a mile of one of their bigger stores.
There should also not be a separate app for their More Rewards program. It should all be on one app.
Theyve got a ways to go yet.
