Migration to 3.0 Went terrible
Migrated to their new version on April 24. ~$700 balance in the banking tab and the card disappeared. The banking tab is frozen. The card is declined at merchants. 24 hours later still the same, no help. Submitted tickets, get generic responses. Yet the money is gone. If the money isn’t restored or returned shortly will have to report them to the UAE and UK regulators and file police reports in Latvia.
Upd: 3 weeks later I can see my money. Haven’t checked if I could use it yet. But there is a positive progress. Tickets 6784 and 6794.
