Forced notifications

Just downloaded and there's no way to proceed through the login without enabling notifications, that's messed up. Old app wasn't great and this one's off to a bad start

Horrible App

The old CoCo app was working fine, I don't know why it was updated. Now the app is horrible with buttons not working, forcing people to enable notifications (which should not be allowed) and bugs in the app. What's the point of changing an app if it doesn't work.

No coco wallet availability

Im reporting this app for fraud to the App Store. it’s Nov 2025 and this app STILL HAS NO WALLET FUNCTIONALITY. It’s holding everybody’s money hostage with no way to spend the money we loaded onto the app using the old version of the app!!!!!!

I’m confused why this app was moved into production without the wallet being enabled. What is the point of this app with the order ahead function if you cannot pay for it??? Will my added funds from the previous app be transferred over properly???? The previous app was horrible but this is a new low.

Locations broken

What a waste of time. Signed up and at the end to choose the location it didn’t lookup correctly. You vibe coded like a two year old on this version of the app.

False advertising

Coco on main st and Roosevelt advertised several in-app” promotions such as BOGO mango slushee drinks, which the physical store had available, because I ordered it in store. Once i saw the bogo ad posted outside the store, it was too late bc I had already ordered it. However I dl the app and when I tried the active promotions I got a message each time that the item was “out of stock change store” I tried every store on the app and they all had the same message. This is false advertising.

Orders are not supposed to show up in my Transactions

I downloaded the new app and was checking it out and noticed that when I clicked the transactions tab that there was a lot of orders showing up dated today (June 18, 2025). When I clicked into them, they show different locations, payments, and some so recent it shows the order is being prepared. I did double check to make sure that I did not have any amount going out of my bank so I believe that somehow my transactions is showing the orders that other customers are making to CoCo. Every time I check in, it updates with new orders. This is after the newest update on the app so your programming team will have extra work to do to fix this bug.
