Disappointed
I took a tumble the other day and my detector was on 75% and it didn’t work so I set it on 100% and every time I moved it was trying to call EMT
You can not set it 85% you’re choosing 75% that doesn’t call or 100% and every time you move it calls

Crazy
My older friend wanted me on his emergency contact for fall detection since I’m right next door. I was setting up his phone app sent my phone the invite to be able to be contacted and the password that CoCo sent me is the wrong password. There’s no option from the app to contact someone for assistance. Have tried other people as well and same issue. Makes it next to useless if you ask me.

Jury Still Deliberating
1. It would be difficult for a senior to set this watch up.
2. Not sure if a person falls it would detect it. I tried simulating a fall by slapping it on my leg - nothing!
3. With the app it stated we could sign up three Caregivers but it only allowed two.
4. Caregivers have to have the CoCo app opened all the time to receive alerts which is total BS. One of my biggest issues with the watch and its design(ers).
5. Mom says the watch is comfortable to ware.

Very easy to use app
It keeps getting better and better. I use it every day, and it’s become an essential part of my routine. The features are intuitive and reliable, and I can really see the improvements over time.
Clunky app
Watch does not work correctly without the app. The app is difficult to use and setup

I am 58 yr old Type 1 Diabetic. My sons got this watch for me, and except for me being the only one to monitor, it is worthless!!! My ONE emergency contact ( which is free without subscription) doesn't get my info! Plus, I can never connect to 'pay to subscribe) for my other sons to be contacts! It does NOT sVe your info day by When I tried to contact 'customer service' zero response other then a dialog that had nothing to do with what I just said....which they sent repeatedly!!! ZERO customer Service!!! Don't bother getting this drvice!!!

Worthless!!

Great idea！！！
I love this app, it make me and my family safety. Coco smartwatch could work with this app perfectly. Nice UI design and ECT calls well. Anyway it worth 5 stars :)
