Dear Kim, Thank you for your review. Sorry to hear that you are having this experience. We haven’t had any issues so far with recordings being quiet, so do please check the following. Please check other recording apps like apples voice recorder to confirm that it is not an issue with your microphone. It can happen that lint or other small obstacles have gotten trapped in the microphone slot which would muffle the sound. If you are experiencing the same issue with other apps as well, it might be worth brining it by the Apple Store to take a look. However, if this issue persists despite being fine on other apps, we’d be very grateful if you would reach out to us via email to team@cocoonweaver.com, so that we resolve this issue together. Long time user/ do not like the new pricing models
It was always a really great free app and had privacy features that I really enjoyed. It felt like a safe space to drop
Ideas Without feeding an algorithm. But now it seems that all my notes are locked behind a subscription model that is very expensive compared to other apps and software that do the same thing.
$15 a month is more than Spotify or other streaming services.
So now I have to find a way to download my data from Cocoonweaver so that I can retain agency over my own voice and ideas.
Was five stars, but this pricing model is unfair to users that have been apart of this app for years.
I understand developers have to make money but this is not an essential piece of software and there are lots of free alternatives.
Great app but I won’t be supporting it anymore.
