Rubbish App, no response at all, still pending technician assignment after 1year. Maybe Sharp just doesn’t want to warranty the product at all

Tldr: Do not buy any sharp product if you dont want to deal with their after sales service.

Yall sold all those devices and can’t even spend a few dime to maintain an app?
I can’t even my register my appliance because this app simply doesn’t work?!
Also goodluck trying to look up your store where you bought items (amongst THOUSANDS of them throughout the whole Malaysia) because the search function doesn’t even work! I had to scroll a million mile and to this day have yet to even find my own district.
Heed my warning and may the top management of this app and empire choke.

Tolong jangan beli apa2 product dengan dengan cocoro life. Biar mereka bankrupt. Service sangat teruk. Microwave aku rosak dan masih warranty pun kena hantar sendiri di pusat service. Report kerosakkan dalam apps ni pun tak reply dan sangat lambat
