About

Cocotte counts calories and macros from a photo of your food. You shoot the plate, the app thinks for a few seconds and shows calories, protein, fat and carbs for every ingredient. You do not search a database or weigh anything. Photograph your meal, from two angles if you like. Cocotte breaks it down to the ingredient: in a bowl of borscht the potatoes and the sour cream each get their own grams. If you did not finish, shoot what is left and Cocotte subtracts it. When the camera is not handy, type or say "two pancakes with jam" and that is enough. Cocotte reads labels too. Show it the nutrition table on the box and the app takes the numbers from there. You will not have to pick between thirty "cottage cheese" entries from a database: Cocotte counts your food, without somebody else's record. Cheese from a farmers market and cookies from the bakery around the corner work the same way as supermarket yogurt. In the kitchen, Cocotte remembers what is in your fridge, checks freshness from a photo and suggests dinner from what you already have. Send it a recipe from a video or a link, and a minute later you have the steps and a shopping list. While you cook, switch on hands-free mode: you set timers by voice, the chef drops tips along the way, and you never touch the screen with floury hands. Eating out, photograph the menu and Cocotte picks a dish that fits your goal. For the week ahead the app plans your meals and writes the shopping list. Water takes a couple of taps to log, and the app takes your steps from Apple Health. At the end of the week you get a calm recap: how the week went and what happened to your weight. The recap has no red numbers and no penalties. Cocotte is on your side. Nobody scolds you for cake here: "A bit more today is okay." The app does the counting, you just eat. Free forever: three scans a day (up to 60 a month), enough for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus your food log, water and fridge. If you want more, the first 7 days of Pro are free: unlimited scans, cooking with the chef, video recipe imports, restaurant menu picks and a weekly plan. Pro Max adds more cookings, video recipes and plans a month, plus the most accurate recognition. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings. Cocotte counts calories and macros from a photo of your food and helps you in the kitchen. Photograph your plate and Cocotte breaks the dish down to the ingredient: calories, protein, fat and carbs, with grams for each. Without the camera, type or say "two pancakes with jam". Cocotte reads the label on a package by itself. Stop-Kran: shoot a dish before you eat and Cocotte shows how much of it fits this meal. Cocotte remembers what is in your fridge and suggests what to cook from it. Cocotte turns a recipe from a video or a link into steps and a shopping list. You can send it from another app with the Share button. While you cook, the chef gives tips at each step and you set timers by voice. Cocotte counts the notes, voice memos and photos you add along the way in the dish total. When you tap Finish, Cocotte offers to take what went into the dish out of your fridge. Family: a shared fridge, shopping list and recipes, while everyone keeps their own diary. Cook for everyone and each person gets their portion in their diary. A guest with Cocotte takes their share by tapping phones together. At a restaurant, photograph the menu and Cocotte suggests what to order for your goal. For the week ahead the app plans your meals with a shopping list. Water takes a couple of taps, and Cocotte takes your steps from Apple Health. At the end of the week you get a calm recap
