I can’t find the studio code

I have tried so hard to find a code but it keeps getting rejected

Delete it

Delete the sign in and make it more simple like simply piano or something

Coding instructions

My grandson loves this place. The staff is excellent with the students and parents.

Terrible App

Not intuitive, no instruction on how to use virtual classes, poor user interface

Fantastic supportive team enabling children to flourish in computer coding while having fun

The team are friendly knowledgeable supportive and kind to the children making it a supportive fun environment for children to establish strong foundations in coding giving them confidence in school-thankyou for all you do for our children

OG’s

They are the GOATS they know basically everything about coding when I brought my kid there for the first time he loved it so much that he says he wants to stay forever. I definitely recommend Code Ninjas.

Horrible experience

My child was literally ignored for 10 min while the teachers talked amongst themselves in the same room. Then I went to cancel my membership and was charged three more months of tuition. This place is also open about 3 hours a day...so really very little flexibility with scheduling. Don't waste your time or money.

Code Ninjas

The manager Renee at Code Ninjas has been very helpful and supportive during this course for my daughter. My daughter looks forward to many more sessions with the senseis Thank you.

Clunky

Code ninjas come on! No auto fill and the payment process is so painful! Think about the customer experience. I’m Not a robot and have repetitive strain disorder from trying to sign up….

My 13 years old son likes it

We attend every Saturday my son looks after it

Create program

My son has been going to code ninjas for six months now and enjoys it every time. It’s creative, challenging and very rewarding when he’s created a game and completed different levels.
He has also attended summer camps too.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Watch your cellular data usage

This app uses a LOT of data for what it does. In just 5 minutes of rescheduling a session for my kid, the app used 87 MB of cellular data!

Unfair charges even after quitting the program

This app does not provide reliable information. We stopped attending the classes months ago and we are still being charged.

Terrible manager

Since they changed manager, the service has dropped down

Needs major improvements

The app is no longer loading but from reading other reviews this is a recurring problem for users that clearly has not been resolved.

Also, I am unable to reschedule through the app as all appointments are prescheduled and you are not allowed to go over your monthly allotment. It would be better if each date had a reschedule or cancel option so that parents can manage their children’s schedules through the app. In the meantime, I have to email my local dojo directly (which is fine but the other way would be much more preferable).

Lastly, this has nothing to do with the developer but the use of the app by the dojo team. My child’s progress is never current in the app. I still have to ask after each class: 1) what was worked on; 2) where is he at in the program; 3) what skills is he
working on; etc.

All the above issues render the app useless for me.

No response

They transferred my kid because a location closed. I’ve had no comms with new site manager. Tried to go, but my kid couldn’t because they didn’t do it right. They weren’t available. I miss the old location, Kayla was amazing. She set the bar high. So far the new site is far from good.

Feels Like an Advertisement for Itself

(First Impressions): Front page is more about selling Code Ninjas to you after you already subscribed. Enrolled classes don’t show easily. Auto-enroll for future classes does not show what you enrolled in easily. Messenger feature is not necessary. Enrolled child profile does not appear to show easily if at all. The act of enrolling in the class feels like something I could have called in or used a webpage to do.
