Didn’t save payment card details
It’s very frustrating to have to enter your payment card details and address over and over again every time. What’s point of saving this information if it has to be re-entered repeatedly? A big disappointment.
Please fix payment methods
Unable to save payment methods is a big disappointment. Also, Apple Pay shows up for a second, and then disappears, leaving only an option to type in a Credit Card. Really frustrating, and needs to be fixed.
Total disaster - error 500
I just need to get from point A to point B, but instead I'm dealing with a 500 error on their server for 3 days in a row. Is this what a public transportation company app should be like?
No card back up option
Each time you buy a ticket you have to manually put AGAIN all your personal and card information

I’m glad Codiac Transpo has an own app for pass, but it needs a bit more work to be fully dependable for daily commuting. Currently, the UX isn't very intuitive, and there are noticeable UI bugs that interrupt the experience(Specially some of the div’s). A suggestion for the dev team: leveraging AI tools to help rethink and streamline the user journey could be a huge help here. Alongside the front-end design, the backend currently feels laggy and needs stabilization. Good start, but please prioritize these fixes to make it a great tool for riders.
