Fake promo
I signed up today for my first time and was sent a promo code for 10% off. But when I tried to use the promo code, it said the code had already expired within the same day. Very misleading

my app frequently doesn’t process my orders and i have either decided to not get food or coffee there or just to go through the internet browser where i don’t receive points. it’s a shame because their coffee and food is wonderful!

Honestly I love coffee dose. It’s one of those cafes that not only has humor but the food is good. I think the asthetic and the environment so cuteee.

App is great but…
The app works wonderfully but it’s taken me like a year to finally program my brain into knowing that faded buttons aren’t disabled in this app. The faded soft pink color on action buttons is classically used to indicate that the action can’t be taken, and it drives me crazy that they chose to make this the primary button color. Other than this really backwards and naive design choice, the app is awesome.

Cute and Easy!
Easy to use app. I love that I can now order on the go and it’s available on my fingertips! You can order drinks or feed and make modifications directly when placing your order. Easy enough, now just stop by and my order will be ready for me! I love it!
Annoyed
One thing that really drives me crazy is that all of their hot drinks will be made as cold drinks, unless you otherwise specify to make it hot in the notes or item selection. If you expect that a picture of a hot latte with the description latte would be hot, not iced, then you would be wrong at Coffee Dose.
In other words, all of their drinks are made iced by default, but all of the images in their app show hot drinks.

Buggy and cannot customize
I’d love to use this, but I cannot get it to function; cannot change location, and cannot check out. If there needs to be more setup or I’m doing something wrong, the app should prompt me t make changes.
