Ez egy vicc?

Kapok egy emailt, hogy a Cofidis ügyfélkapu fiókomba egyenleg értesítő érkezett. Megnyitom a linket, igénylek egy új jelszót, mert a régire már nem emlékszem. Megkapom az új jelszót, belépek, és bámm: Töltsd le az alkalmazást. Oké, letöltöm az alkalmazást. Változtassak jelszót, mert az a jelszó, amit ŐK küldtek nekem az imént, nem elég biztonságos.
Végigdöcögvén a regisztrációs folyamaton mi fogad? Semmi. Nincs olyan menüpont, hogy Dokumentumok.
De az azért automatikusan be volt kapcsolva, hogy hozzájárulok a marketing megkeresésekhez. Nevetséges.

Alapból kétlépcsős hitelesítés, de olyan, amit a NASA megirigyelhetne. DE!! Ha programnak nincs értesítési engedélye, vagy nincs nálad az eszköz, amit regisztrálva lett. Egy sima böngészőből soha az életben nem lehet belépni az oldalra. A Cofidis program maga, egy hulladék funkció gyűjtemény.

Újrafinanszírozás

Sokandjára is tecnikai hibára hivatkozik a folyamat végén.
Viszont van, amikor azt írja, az újrafinanszírozáshoz telefonálnom kell és visszahívást ajánl.
Akkor most mi a helyzet?!

Kaptam egy mailt hogy a Dokumentumok menupontban van eg uj értesítőm… Az app olyan mintha 20 evvel ezelott csinaltak volna, buta és fapados, teszteletlen, nem ergonomikus. Belepest kovetoen kiderül hogy nincs ilyen menu pont!!! Konyorgom milyen munka ez? Ki volt ennek a projektnek a vezetoje? Hogy lehet egyalataln ilyen munkat fel vallalni? Milyen szintig fog meg sullyedni ez a ceg? Undorito egy termeke a foldnek…
