Useless support even with Premium

As an investor, I’ve lost out. As a customer from the beginning I’ve lost out. These guys a Sham. Don’t be surprised when they collapse

Terrible support

Terrible customer support. ID validation fails with no reason and it says contact support. Have emailed multiple times and get zero response. Love the idea but service just not there

Not working and no customer support

I wanted to use the function go back in time and that’s the reason I paid for additional.
Even the function is developed by this company, it doesn’t work and I can’t even click the button. According to them, it’s system glitch and I would be reported when fixed shortly. Of course it won’t happen and I don’t understand how they can put the obvious critical glitch before paid users. Laughable level of quality. Keep your money on your side rather than being disgusted with the horrible service ever. The worst trusted financial institution comes to Curve

Don’t bother

No support at all. Had to get the app to link my payment card with a payment ring. When I sent proof of ID ( driving licence and photo) it was rejected so had to contact support ( or the lack of it ) they said they they couldn’t verify my id and are unable to provide me with the reason why. So now I’m stuck with a £250 payment ring I can’t use ( just hoping I can retune it)

Can’t login to existing account

Trying to log into an account I’ve had for years keeps taking me into a sign up flow like the account and card I have doesn’t exist. No way to exist the current step of the flow to go to the app home without deleting the app. Given up on using this product.
