User reviews

Easy and Helpful

I really like using my Curve app. The rewards are clear and quick and I use them for treats. They do exceed what I pay for the service because I use the card in those places I shop most.

Run by clowns

Customer service is non existent

Verification failed

Verification failed. First time in my life anything life(66) this has happened to me. I have an excellent credit score. Unable to try again, message saying it’s a secret why failed! Clearly something has gone wrong but unable to fix.

ID checks

Can’t use the app. Been waiting days for my ID check to be done when it says it shouldn’t take longer than a day. There isn’t any help option if it’s taking a while, it’s locked on the screen of waiting for my manual ID check.

Used to be great

My account stopped being able to be logged into, then my card stopped working, that was around June 1st.... so almost 2 months ago, and they have escalated it but no one answers, nothing is happening and i cant use the service i am still having to pay for.... so now i will do what i never do and leave a review cause people need to know this is how these cases are treated. When it works It works, a bit clunky sometimes and a bit meh customer service sometimes but usually its been good in the year+ i have used it, but i wouldn't rely on it and i wouldn't expect anything from their service team. They dont even answer the email thread unless i contact customer service on a new thread. If i reply they wont even answer in a week before i give up and start a new thread... save your money and save urself the hassle
