I really do enjoy playing this game.. just down loaded the new version.. now I can’t get it to work.. comes up but you can not spin etc..😟..I’ve rebooted phone etc... don’t know if anyone else is having this problems

This game freezes up all the time and now and the tournament before there is not one! Happens all the time my support button in my game doesn’t work therefore I can’t report these problems. Very disappointing

That’s a lot of money and spins that I lost. I’m DONE until this is fixed. It’s time that this game really works properly. My balance is a little high but they can sit. Otherwise I’d delete it. We are not getting credit for all I earn ! I’m DONE!!

Fun game
Game is fun. But something needs to be updated! Seems like information doesn’t update etc. I tried going through support but it doesn’t open. You would have a lot more layers if u actually spent time updating and making sure the game is operating properly. But do recommend it to everyone

I was in the 200+ levels, and this morning, I logged on, to play, and it started be over, at the very beginning. I lost everything!!!! Not happy!!!!!

Love the game
The game is great don’t do the bonus games, I have done all games but since you done something to them it’s so hard to get the last one done today I thought I would see if it was worth it and I can say no, I had x50 x2 not even 20% was locked up and it takes too long today I started at 8.45 and it didn’t finish until 12noon the cost of coins don’t had up. My I suggest that if you want to 60B please do it normally and not on the bonus wheel please.

Tired of all the balloons popping up every time you go in to play can’t see what you are raiding or attacking get rid of the balloons and the pop ups I am getting g to where I want to delete this game you have lost all my coins and all my stuff is gone data recovery don’t work I had to start all over with my coins and my islands where did all my stuff go I want it back and you need to fix this what’s the deal now I can’t even get into this game to play it I have all these coins and everything now you screwed it up I can’t even go in as a guest because it makes me start over I am going to end up deleting this game if you don’t get it fixed. Why am I having to start this game over on apple app I have 33000 spins and 359 billion coins and all my points in the tournament and everything else. What happened to all my coins and all of my spins and card completions I had finished. I love this game, but the constant pop up ads are super annoying. And the fact that it’s so expensive to remove the ads is also annoying. I’m currently sitting at 46k spins, and it will NOT let me only use the x40 spins. It continues to FORCE me to use 500 spins a go. I have reset my phone, updated the game, installed and reinstalled. Nothing has worked.

Can’t get on game Had to cancel subscription
Hi. I love this game and have been playing for long time. Recently I cannot get in the game. I really want to play. Also tho loosing benefit from VIP subscription I purchased. I’m getting error when prompts to sign in via FB. Any ideas when this will be fixed. I am trying to reload and load the game over and over and it’s restarting me at level 1. I’ve been playing for years. It doesn’t give me the option to sign in w FB. WHY?
