Unexpected Membership Charge and No Way to Cancel in the App.
I signed up for Coinbase to buy Bitcoin a long time ago and recently decided to give it another try. Buying Bitcoin itself was straightforward, but I was surprised to find a $4.99 Basic Membership charge that I don't remember signing up for. To make matters worse, the option to cancel the membership in the iPhone app is non existent. The buying experience was smooth, but the membership cancellation process was frustrating and needs to be more transparent.
