Scammers

Terrible customer service. They didn’t help me at all and they basically have my money “locked” because of the app’s uselessness. It only gives access to 4 assets — anything else you transfer cannot be sold, used to buy anything, or even transferred out. They are basically scammers!

Biometric error

App does not work properly. You’ll should hold more accountability of misuse of funds. That biometric thing is flawed and will lock you out the app at anytime and will not refresh or normalize anymore. The app does not work correctly period and money is involved!

Don’t use the atm to deposit they charge a 18.99% on top of everything SCAMMERS

20% is outrageous

I accidentally downloaded this app I meant to download coinbase they charge .5%-1.5% depending on the method now I know why I only see drug addicts and illegal gamblers using your products and services at the gas station. I tried to buy some bitcoin out of curiosity since I already had the app and wallet didn’t remember seeing the rate in the agreement but I sure noticed the amount on the transaction receipt I will probably never use the service again if I can help it and would recommend to anyone to use other platforms and exchanges unless they have no other option because they are in banned from other banks or accounts.

Great Wallet

I have multiple wallets and move currencies from one to another often. CoinFlip allows me to do this in crypto or fiat currencies with ease. I can also pay for purchases from my bank using wire transfers. No unexpected freezes, no surprise fees, excellent Customer service! If you’re looking for a great alternative to your current wallet you have to give CoinFlip a try! You won’t regret it!

Beware about very high fees and a wallet that does not work well

First off I was very disappointed that coin flip represented that I could purchase Solana and it wasn’t available in the ATM. Second $500 turned into $420 with one transaction. Their fees are incredibly high and once the money was converted to tether, I could not send the tether out of the coin flip wallet. This essentially trapped my funds in coin flip. Do not use CoinFlip! It’s a scam!

The price displayed at the kiosk when selecting your crypto is inclusive of those fees. If you're attempting to send USDT from the CoinFlip Wallet, you will need some ETH to cover gas fees on the Ethereum blockchain, as the USDT we sell is an ERC-20 token. I couldn’t log in it keeps saying Biometrics failed if I could rate it 0 star I will

This CoinFlip is the annoying wallet I have ever used in my life I couldn’t login my wallet for 3 days now it keeps telling me biometrics failed I tried to contact support they are not even helpful at all this is bad wallet i am not happy with this so called CoinFlip other wallets I have used don’t stress me out this way this is not fair you better fix this because I will make sure my family friends never use this app

They will steal your money

They will steal your money. I have been using this app for over a year all of a sudden after making a deposit they locked the funds and said I need to do verification. The verification never actually goes through and doesn’t finish.

Horrible Company

Worse experience ever with buying Bitcoin. Cost me $160.00 for a purchase of $1,000.00 of Bitcoin. And then I have to wait an entire business day to rget cover the BTC I paid cash for. Jack one of their customer service guys was horrible, raising his voice over mine not letting me get a word in. Never again. I recommend you avoid these clowns.

Problems

I bought $140 in my wallet, I have tried to send it to another wallet and it looks like it sends and then about four hours later the money comes back because it didn’t go through. I’ve tried several different wallets. I have talked to the company multiple times. And they kept saying it should work. They even suggested using a different wallet which I did and still doesn’t work and not only that now is 140 I have about $90 in there so I’m losing money.
