I buy a bitcoin on your machine and my Coinme account was blocked, since 3weeks now and it has not been refunded, why do you keep on scamming people, this is very bad it’s so bad if you keep on doing this your company will not see any progress
They stole my money
DO NOT USE COINME. They straight-up stole my money and now I can’t even log into my account.
I had deposited several thousand dollars worth of crypto through Coinme, thinking it was a legitimate service. Everything seemed fine at first. Then one day I tried to access my account and… nothing. Login fails every single time. Password reset? Doesn’t work. Support email? Crickets. Their app and website both act like my account never existed.
After days of trying to get help, I finally got some useless automated response saying there was “suspicious activity” on my account. Suspicious? The only suspicious thing is how quickly my funds disappeared. I have transaction records showing my money went in, but now it’s all gone with zero explanation. No withdrawal on my end. No transfer. Just poof – stolen.
This company is a joke. Their customer support is nonexistent – no phone number that actually connects to a human, chat support that gives copy-paste nonsense, and they clearly have zero interest in helping real customers. Feels like a classic exit scam or inside job. I’ve filed complaints with every regulator I can find and I’m exploring legal action because this is outright theft.
If you’re thinking about using Coinme, save yourself the headache and potential financial ruin. There are plenty of other legitimate platforms out there. Coinme took my hard-earned money and locked me out completely. Zero stars. Stay far away.

Worst app with worst support
My account has been deactivated for no reason and it’s not at all easy to reach out to customer service, no one responds. My money is gone!
Just ate my money
I bought LTC at a Coinstar kiosk and it just never appeared in my account now I'm trying to deal with customer service… AI and it's a ginormous pain and they've resolved nothing. I switched to this after dealing with the Cinq and they're constant issues. It was good the first few times, but once again has eaten my money when I dealt with this with Cinq I was able to talk to somebody pretty quickly at least, and it would be resolved and I'd be credited pretty quickly until the last time where they made me wait two weeks to get a written check in the mail that was the end of that. Here on Coinme I haven't spoken to anyone yet had to write out a ridiculous support ticket debt asked for all kind of photo uploads some of which you have to go all the way back to the store for and take a selfie with you next to the freaking kiosk. I just want the damn money I put in you pay a fortune for this service totally outrageous and it's a crapshoot whether you get it or not. That one star should be zero

Takes a long time to send, costs a lot, and when the networks are in high demand, you can expect to purchase but not send for 24 hours. Absolute garbage.

I have been dealing with these people for two months now on something that should’ve been resolved hours. How are consumers supposed to know what states allow crypto or not. I am waiting on a reimbursement. No one was able to tell me the State I was in does not deal in crypto.

Coinme is a great service. And, their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

I have had this app for a few years had no problem then all of a sudden it’s like certain states are not allowing any kind of transfer into any wallet and instead instead of states are up-to-date and not available you end up spending your money you can’t send it to your wallet then after going through what they want you to send or not send then they tell you that for security they can’t accept certain things to prove who you are and where you live. I do not suggest anyone using this app. I am out $50 which may not seem a lot to some of you a hard-working person just trying to get in on the action. All I can say is good luck if you do use this app.

Great crypto service
I like being able to buy crypto on any given day shopping for groceries at Safeway using the coin star machine has this service on it! Has many different crypto currencies to choose from, buy with your debit card, cash at a kiosk or through participating stores registers. Fair fees and decent limits to send, cash out, and buy. I recommend this to anyone looking to use an easy crypto purchase option.

Horrible Service
They overcharged me by $83 in fees and contacted me months later, telling me they can refund the extra fees to my wallet and to reply to the email if I wanted US tokens refunded to my wallet. I said yes and replied and this was last month. Now, they have absolutely no idea what I’m talking about and are telling me to fill out a reimbursement form. Also, their ridiculous little bot makes it IMPOSSIBLE to talk to them and it forces you to pick a top that doesn’t relate to the problem. Use anyone but them because they will rip you off then refuse to pay and act dumb when you inquire about it.

I am writing this review due to experiencing probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
The app and service seems to work well when it works. Setting up my account and sending crypto to the wallet and converting it into dollars via ATMs or even direct deposit to my debit card. All worked really well. Was super happy with the service and ready to recommend it to other people.
But then I had something happen where a sale wouldn’t go through and since it failed three times I was locked out of my account.
All the app says is to “contact your administrators” which is not very clear.
The experience of trying to contact customer service to get my account unlocked revealed that this company basically doesn’t have customer service.
If you email them, you get an AI response telling you to talk to the chat bot on their help page, if you call their phone number you receive a pre-recorded message telling you to contact them via the AI Chatbot, and if you talk to the AI Chatbot on the webpage, it does not currently have the ability to provide you with a general support ticket. And it will endlessly tell you that you need to go to the help page and talk to the AI chat bot… That you’re already talking to..
Since the general support ticket page link does not work, and the chat bot does not seem to have the ability to provide a general support ticket form, I used a different support ticket form for a different problem in order to hopefully get my case in front of a live person.
I received a one-way email from a support agent the following morning, simply telling me that my account had been deleted and that Coinme can do this for any reason they see fit.
This company REALLY does not want to talk to you. And in my opinion, issues are going to arise eventually with any service, if the support is this bad when those problems do happen… I have no interest in ever using this company ever again or ever recommend them.
They still currently have my money that was in the wallet of the account.

Great app to purchase your cryptocurrency
The best way and cheapest fees to buy cryptocurrency is to use cash at a cvs or participating location. It’s just like loading money on to a debit card and only cost $3.95 fee to load it. Which is way cheaper then buying at a coinstar
