Can’t get back in!!
I’m a CoinZoom card holder and tried even with a pro employee. He was very kind. I’m still having issues getting back in after a cyber attack.. watch out hear times.
Wow, just terrible app.
Whatever you do, don’t tie up a lot of money with these guys. So many glitches in this app. Don’t believe me? Try the app, but only with you can afford to lose in the app itself.

Lots of fine print they don’t reveal until after you’re already in. Garbage people running a garbage program. It’s a con. The sooner CoinZoom is gone the better for everyone.
Stole my money
They locked me out of my account and won’t give me a reason why and customer service is horrible would give it zero stars if possible
Do not buy any Zoom Tokens, Worst APP EVER
This company is really a joke and you can tell with the terrible app. Always login issues. If you buy zoom tokens you will lose a ton of money and they will keep increasing the stake required to earn cash back. Stay away from these guys. Total scammers.
Cash Deposit
I have gone to multiple locations in the app to deposit cash funds and none could facilitate the cash payment 😡
2FA won’t work & no customer service!
I’ve been trying all day to get Authy or Google Authenticator to work to log in. CoinZoom is forcing 2FA to access my account now. Neither app will work to log in. I’ve tried to submit a customer service ticket and that gives an error as well. Ridiculous! Stay away from this app!

Update: this app never works as expected
ZoomMe is good feature. Bank+crypto+debit card+transfer are nice and all in one app. Improvements need to be done in many areas of app

DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS
TERRIBLE APP. Interface freezes every thirty seconds and makes you restart the app. They actually make it super easy to deposit funds into the app-but impossible to withdraw crypto. Every time I go to submit a withdrawal I am told “order submitted”
However the crypto never leaves and is stuck there. I ended up having to sell my btc into fiat but guess what? You can’t withdraw fiat via ach and can only withdraw to a debit card that you have to send money on first. So my money is stuck in this terrible app. Even Coinbase is better. Do not use.

Extremely difficult to sign up
The instructions to create an account was unclear and support staff unresponsive to questions . Don’t attempt to use this platform!

The app runs extremely poorly. Trying to disable your account puts you in an endless loop of signing in.

I kept attempting to sign up, but I kept getting kicked back as it said “Incapable”

This is the least user friendly app! Just signing up is a nightmare! You want to link a bank account, nope! This platform is going nowhere! Everyone I talk to say it extremely hard to get started! If so, why would anyone use this coin! Don’t waste your time!
Scam
I’m worried now that I sent them my passport. They haven’t confirmed my crypto deposits after many confirmations on-chain.
Fake Reviews
All these reviews must be fake expect for the 1 and 2 stars. Can’t even get the APP to stay open when I try to take a picture of my ID. It just crashes..I see people had the same issue back in January and it’s still not fixed? Hue red flag when you can’t even create a stable app how are you going to provide sufficient security?? I’d stay away
