Worst Shopping & Return Experience Ever
I ordered a lower from this brand and received it in terrible packaging with extremely cheap, poor-quality material.
The return process is a complete nightmare. The app lags, the return option barely works, and it’s unnecessarily complicated. After struggling to submit the return request, I was shocked to see a ₹100 return fee.
The return was approved, but nobody ever came to pick up the product. After waiting for days, the return was cancelled, and the status was updated to “Inspection Failed.”
How is that even possible? The product is still with me. Nobody picked it up, so who inspected it and where?
This is misleading, unprofessional, and feels like a scam. Charging customers for returns, providing false status updates, and offering such poor customer service is unacceptable.
Absolutely the worst shopping experience. I will never buy from this brand again and would not recommend it to anyone.
