Great app, but rescheduling needs work
The app works fine overall, but it’s frustrating when trying to reschedule a different type of appointment. I wanted to change my fill-in to a regular manicure, but the app only gave me the option to cancel or contact the salon directly. When I tried rebooking with a different tech, it forced me to stay with the original one who wasn’t available, so I had to cancel again and reach out to customer service. It would be great if the app allowed more flexibility with modifying services and techs.

Received 2nd IPL treatment on face and hands. . Very professional. Results are great. Love the after care of the cooling mask and serums. Highly recommended for those seeking treatments for sun spots, age spots and hyperpigmentation. Already booked for a facial.

This app has saved me so much time scheduling clients when I am not behind the chair. Recently there was a change to clovers terms and conditions and cojilio customer service rep Miranda kept me in the loop as they troubleshooted. Very happy with the service!
