Great app, but rescheduling needs work
The app works fine overall, but it’s frustrating when trying to reschedule a different type of appointment. I wanted to change my fill-in to a regular manicure, but the app only gave me the option to cancel or contact the salon directly. When I tried rebooking with a different tech, it forced me to stay with the original one who wasn’t available, so I had to cancel again and reach out to customer service. It would be great if the app allowed more flexibility with modifying services and techs.

Received 2nd IPL treatment on face and hands. . Very professional. Results are great. Love the after care of the cooling mask and serums. Highly recommended for those seeking treatments for sun spots, age spots and hyperpigmentation. Already booked for a facial.

This app has saved me so much time scheduling clients when I am not behind the chair. Recently there was a change to clovers terms and conditions and cojilio customer service rep Miranda kept me in the loop as they troubleshooted. Very happy with the service!
Easiest booking experience ever
I use this app to book at my hair salon (Victorias Glam & Beauty in Aurora). Booking my usual colour service and paying my deposit is so easy on this app. It saves my card on file and sends me my appointment reminders. Plus I can chat with my stylist directly in the app and send her inspo photos

Total Ease of Use
This app is so client friendly. My clients can now easily book, speak with me, change time slots, etc all on their own and from their own mobile device!! This lets me keep things organized which ends up making everything more streamlined and efficient both for myself and for existing/potential clients. This app gave me the freedom to be able to live my life and have some down time while it books and organizes my appointments for me. Awesome.

Best App for Clients!
This app is the most easy and user friendly app ever! My clients absolutely love it and it’s made their life way easier to book their eyelash extension appointments and other beauty services that they come in for! I wasn’t sure how they would like it or transition to it, but it was a piece of cake! I highly recommend cojilio if you’re looking for your own app! They have a non-branded and branded version which gives you options to start your business off right! I’m getting ready to switch to the branded version very soon because I love how easy they make it for you to have your own app!! I’m so happy I finally found an app that lets me have my own app for the services and classes I need, where my clients and students can book a service or class AND pay for it through the app!
