Problem with app
Colgate is best
Last time.
This is mow the third and FINAL time I am contacting you about the app not counting my brushings!
It is bad enough there is NOTHING I would like on which to spend my points, but the app does NOT COUNT MY BRUSHINGS!!! It gets me angry enough that there is nothing on which to spend my points, but WORSE, is that the app does not register some of my brushings!!! Therefore, I am removing the app from my device!!! No longer will it be able to piss me off so greatly that I want to be rid of my Colgate brush!!! I am done with the app!!! P
Goodbye and good riddance!!!
Paul.
Great app
i love this app
Bare bones 🦴
Also, the store is store is almost completely empty… which completely defeats the purpose of brushing your teeth to get points for discounts on products (that now no longer exist). Even the website store is empty: no more e-toothbrushes, no brush head re-fills, the toothpaste I used to order is no longer available. Nothing. Plus, even if you log into your account on the website, the points you accumulate in the app aren’t even available. and, I just found out this week that the “hum” toothbrush battery only lasts two years (which is extremely disappointing), while my E1 toothbrush is still going strong.
The only thing that seemed to get better with this most recent update is syncing with Watch… which used to be pretty hit-or-miss. The app is supposed to sync with Watch, iPhone, and iPad (which is main reason I chose a Colgate e-brush over other brands), but still has a pretty hard time recognizing which device is nearby without the “are you still the owner of this device” error message.
