Why Does this app require so much personal information to sign up. In this day and age this is not information that any company should have access to unless they plan on selling your information to be spammed. I love the idea of the app but you should allow users to sign up with less personal information.

Useless
An App with a lot of potential. However, if the people behind the scenes don’t do their jobs, utterly useless. Don’t bother!!!
Password reset
Impossible to reset password , link doesn’t work
Functional but Service Request inaccuracy
The functionality is good. However when logging service requests on the map, it wants a physical request and many of our issues are provincial roads that have no street address. The map chooses the closest address which may be a long way away from the issue and thus cannot be addressed by the service providers. Try logging a sign missing on an off-ramp for instance in Kleinbrak Rivier.
