Really frustrating app!
The app drives me mad. Not user friendly at all. Crashes mid booking. Tedious and inconvenient!
No option to load funds at end
Went through the whole process of entering names and addresses, then I get to the end and it says I have insufficient funds with no option to load up or just pay the asked for price. I had to back all the way out, load up funds, then re enter everything.
Delivery arrived on time and safely, so there’s that.

Is there anything i can do to help get this fixed?
Bonus points: if you can make the whole field tappable for when you want to type in the amount of money to add to wallet.

Very poor
This app has become useless! Hangs at the final point elating you can use any locker. Save yourself the irritation of struggling. Log onto your PC or take it to a counter. Before the standard questions are asked. The answer is Yes to all. I restarted the app, several time, there are funds available.
