Really frustrating app!
The app drives me mad. Not user friendly at all. Crashes mid booking. Tedious and inconvenient!
No option to load funds at end
Went through the whole process of entering names and addresses, then I get to the end and it says I have insufficient funds with no option to load up or just pay the asked for price. I had to back all the way out, load up funds, then re enter everything.
Delivery arrived on time and safely, so there’s that.

Bonus points: if you can make the whole field tappable for when you want to type in the amount of money to add to wallet.

Very poor
This app has become useless! Hangs at the final point elating you can use any locker. Save yourself the irritation of struggling. Log onto your PC or take it to a counter. Before the standard questions are asked. The answer is Yes to all. I restarted the app, several time, there are funds available.

Please don’t just put a warning/no entery sign at the dimensions field, how are you supposed to know what is wrong if it just gives a red warning sign with no explanation
Unable to load money
With this new update, I am unable to load money into my account. This happening on both the iOS App & the website.

whoever redesigned this app, or made the decision to change the way it works needs to be fired, or their place in the company needs to be reevaluated, this is a horrendous experience

Ruined a perfectly good app. How can an update make something WORSE. It’s like the developers have no idea what good UI is.

Can’t get past registration process. Password, no matter how many times I tried, keeps showing invalid

Constant error notifications make in impossible to log in.

This app is terrible. Unfortunately the website isn’t much better. It is a poor reflection of a great service company.
The app is not easy to use
PUDO app was working better, I don’t understand why it was changed. I’m struggling to proceed with my booking cause it keeps on saying wrong email though the email is correct
Why change something that worked?
The app worked really perfectly and seamlessly when it was Pudo. Now really cumbersome. The search function to find a locker for example is nowhere. New app NOT an improvement.
