I paid so why does my family have to pay?
I paid for a whole year for multiple people to use this service so that my family could gather all of the pics of my mom for her funeral. Why are you asking my family to pay?
Great UI/UX, pity about the back end.
I’ve been using Collect for several years and it has by far the best UX/UI of these kind of apps- I much prefer it over others (Milanote, Are.na, MyMind, Fabric, Cosmos etc) it’s intuitive and clean.
Where it falls over is loading. Be it desktop or mobile, wifi or 5G- loading images/files and their thumbnails is a huge issue. I’m a creative, I use this kind of app constantly for work. I have about 3000 items in my library and due to the lag in loading I’m cancelling my subscription. Guys if you’re reading this- please fix it.

Great free app
Helpful everyday, the Collect app is a must-have tool for artists
Starting to piss me off
I can’t seem to load a lot of my stuff it just freezes or I have a big question mark on it I use to love this app and tell people about it. And now it just sucks. What happened to it

Downloads rarely work to save into folders. Super slow!

I can no longer use this on my Ipad as it repeatedly crashes, and most recently froze my Ipad. It works on my phone but the limited help for this problem I got was useless.
App keeps crashing
Trying to load a new board but the app just crashes and won’t allow you to open anything.

The app won’t allow login
This app logs you out without warning then won’t allow you to log back in. I can only conclude they haven’t tested it properly on iPhone. Really annoying. I’m looking for an alternative because this happens regularly and frankly I’m done with it. Don’t bother if you need something reliable
Total failure
Have an important file to share. Only way to share said file is to upgrade. Upgrade done the file disappears & no ability to retrieve it. Days of work by professional photography team GONE!

I will be sharing this app with my friend who is a great photographer. So that he can use it to send files of the work that we do together
pictures disappearing after downloading, no easy way to organize photos by file name
several times now i’ve downloaded boards from labs that developed my photos and once the download is complete i add the photos to a new board and all the files disappear. now i have to download everything again. also it’s super frustrating to organize photos by the file name so my film rolls are in order. for some reason this app prioritizes saving files by the date added. so when i download 6-7 rolls from my developer the photos are scattered all over the place. only way you can organize photos by file name is in all boards . and its takes forever to load all the pictures. certain photos wont even display anymore. overall very frustrating experience with this app hopefully they can work out the bugs. most likely looking for an alternative app or way to transfer photos from now on
