WTF have they done??
Why have you changed this app!!! It is now almost impossible to share photos and have them open in the app. It used to be seamless! This is horrific
Great for music creation
THE GOOD:
Great app. Really one of a kind platform that can have so many uses. I have used it for years to send myself drafts of songs from my computer and then am able to listen to them on different speakers / house them. The organizational ability is also huge as I can sort songs into different folders based on the projects I am working on. Would recommend this for anyone who’s a creative and needs a free way to transfer pictures, videos, music - as long as they’re not too large (I use free option).
IMPROVEMENTS:
There’s so much that can be done here.
1) adding a search bar - being able to look up songs or files, especially when you have a lot, would be so helpful.
2) sorting files by their size - it would be nice to know how much songs / files take up, especially on the free plan.
3) taking notes while a song is being played - another small addition that could be useful, especially when listening to songs on car speakers (not driving), phone speakers or headphones. Not a big deal, just an idea.
4) UI for the boards - don’t get me wrong, I love the board layout. Sometimes it would be nice to have a list view, or any sort of customization to the general interface.
Again, props to you guys for making a great app. Truly one of one. I will continue using this app for a while.

Frequently stops playing
My Collect app frequently stops playing, sometimes every 5 or 10 minutes. This is very annoying and frustrating, hence the unfavorable rating. I am using it on my iPhone 16. Would appreciate any help.

I paid so why does my family have to pay?
I paid for a whole year for multiple people to use this service so that my family could gather all of the pics of my mom for her funeral. Why are you asking my family to pay?
Great UI/UX, pity about the back end.
I’ve been using Collect for several years and it has by far the best UX/UI of these kind of apps- I much prefer it over others (Milanote, Are.na, MyMind, Fabric, Cosmos etc) it’s intuitive and clean.
Where it falls over is loading. Be it desktop or mobile, wifi or 5G- loading images/files and their thumbnails is a huge issue. I’m a creative, I use this kind of app constantly for work. I have about 3000 items in my library and due to the lag in loading I’m cancelling my subscription. Guys if you’re reading this- please fix it.

Helpful everyday, the Collect app is a must-have tool for artists

Una aplicación que resuelve muchas situaciones donde necesitas guardar información. El único problema es que para compartir lo que has guardado lo hace a través de vínculos compartidos. Por tanto es muy complejo sacar la información.
Starting to piss me off
I can’t seem to load a lot of my stuff it just freezes or I have a big question mark on it I use to love this app and tell people about it. And now it just sucks. What happened to it
