I like using this app because it saves me from searching it up in the search bar on the safari and this app makes it so easy so I know which either bin goes out each week so impressed with this app

First time using it, very nice. Would like to have the option to cancel a notification or to set the reminder for the time I want.

Great and helpful app
Have been using this app for a while now and find it very helpful especially when you forget when your next collection is after a public holiday or when you move house to another location.
The app does not seem to work for me recently. It displays a blank screen after entering address instead of showing collection information. Running on iPhone 16 with iOS 18.3

Forgetful
This app should remember the user’s previous visit and suggest that address by default - but it doesn’t.
Great app - Recommend!
Great app! An easy place to find dates and rates and cuts the time from having to dig through council websites. Thanks! Just a suggestion - could you guys please design widgets with reminders for the rubbish collection? Would be awesome to add to my Home Screen :)
Full of ads
Google ads take up space on the app page, and keep showing irrelevant information. They make you to pay to remove the ads. What’s the point of using this app??

Takes ages to load
Doesn’t work
App no longer works on my iPhone. When I select my address the next screen doesn’t load and is blank. Have done a few updates when available and made no improvement.
Discovered a bug
Found a bug but no way to contact developer except this form. The “contact us” function inside the app requires me to install apple mail, which I ain’t doing. There’s no contact details on the website either.
Handy app
Really appreciate this app. Easy for me to check anyone’s address (eg mum and grandma) so they dont miss a collection. I wish I can maybe add something (like garden collection). Sometimes app does not open but a quick force close and re-open solves every time, so no big deal.
A council run app shouldn’t have so many ad!
A council run app should have so many ad and loading time is too long from time to time.
