App and website fail hard
For a communications and data provider, you can barely keep your website and the other access point, your app, running, for us to pay you. We WANT to pay you for more data but your useless infrastructure doesn’t allow us to and then we have no internet.
Useless!
This is the worst app. Setup is impossible and the wireless broadband through skinny is the worst provider I’ve ever encountered!! Constant interruptions to your connection.

Please fix the issue...i cant log into to my account. Using this for rural internet. The website isnt exactly great either.
Doesn’t let me top up
Has issues with letting me login sometimes and can’t top up as the continue option doesn’t even work so using my data. Needs big improvements
