Hi Chris, Thanks very much for your feedback on the app. We'll definitely take a look at improving the size of the map legends – look for that in a future update. The UK & Ireland maps are taken from the BTO's 2007–11 Bird Atlas. More information about this can be found on their website. The size of the dots indicate how confident they were in those sightings – 'possible, 'probably' and 'confirmed'. Again, we'll definitely look to add this information in the near-future. The app should include the complete text from the book. Note that the texts may be different to your 2nd edition copy of the book – the 3rd edition made a LOT of changes. In the app we've put the identification text first, followed by the location information ('General') and then Voice.
