Paid but didn’t work
After paying for results, it gave me an error and then said I’ve reached my daily limit, I tried again and it wanted me to pay again

Awful app. I paid for it and then when I tried to upload pictures it wouldn’t allow me as said I reached daily limit. Then when I tried to do it again said I needed to re pay for it. Still no idea what season I am in. Absolute scam rip off.

I paid for the app and it said I have tried to upload too many photos for the day, I hadn’t even uploaded a single photo. So I have no idea if it works

I payed but the result kept on “failing” and I never got any result but lost £9.99. Very disappointing

Total scam. After doing a scan I paid for my results and then the app stated that my scan hadn’t worked. So I tried again and it stayed I’d reached my limit for the day. Emailed support and the address is undeliverable.

Waste of time and money. Doesn’t give results but does charge you for results. Don’t do it. Use ‘my colour’ by colour wise which is infinitely better and gives basic results for free.

Paid and didn’t get analysis
I paid $12 for the color analysis and the app glitched. When I tried again it told me I had reached my max of three per day even though I had only tried once and it failed. I requested a refund and found a better app.

Paid £4.99 to get extended results and it didn’t work. Emailed them and it bounced back (auto option that loads so not a typo on my part). Then checked it with other peoples selfies and it gives the same results to everyone. Avoid! I’ve never left a bad review on an app before but this is such a scam.

Paid 5.99 for my results then after I paid it said my photo was not applicable and that I had to pay again so I basically paid for nothing and when you try and email the support team the email bounces back to you ?

First they ask you to upload a pic, then they say before they can give you results you must pay $12.99. Then after they get your money, they tell you the upload failed. So you try to upload your pic again, it doesn’t upload. You attempt to upload your pic the next day for a third time, it tells you that you have maxed out the no. of images you can upload in a day!?! Waste of time and money.

App Doesn’t Work!
After downloading the app, one of the first things it asked for was a review…before I even started use it! Uploaded my photo and “View my results” button popped up, but nothing happened when I selected it. I was willing to pay to be able to view my results, but there’s literally no option to upgrade, pay or do anything else in the app. The only thing I could do is take/upload another photo and redo the whole useless process again 🤦🏽♀️

It’s a scam
I paid for the analysis $5.99 and it didn’t reveal any information. It said I reached my daily limit of 3 but I only uploaded one picture, to which I haven’t received an analysis.😡
