Easy to use app, everything I need is there, haven’t experienced any problems, and when I do need to go into a branch the staff is always extremely friendly and helpful.

I love my credit union. Everyone is so friendly and responsive. Please enable Zelle for business accounts and allow us to skip remote check deposit instructions after the first time.

I have had many conversations online with CCU as they help me navigate my banking needs. They are always gracious, friendly, and willing to go that “extra mile” to insure my complete confidence in their services.
Credit card information
I had a lengthy conversation with a CCU rep this morning. I believe her name was Asa. My question had to do with paying the CCU credit card from the savings account at my Texas credit union. I like paying my balance in full so I don’t have any interest due.Asa walked me through it and said there was a way of linking the accounts online which I did. Her service was outstanding.

Great Credit Union
My family has used Colorado Credit Union since its inception. It has always been a place of people being helpful, friendly, and just down right kind. The services they provide are way above what other “banks” provide. I like that I deal with a credit union that knows me and my family members.

I've been a Colorado credit union for 10 years this year (time flies). They are a very fair bank. Can't say i've had any issues with them. They are easy to contact as well. Thanks CCU!
IOS 16 update
Hey thanks a lot! I can’t access online banking any more unless I update to IOS 16.I have an older phone and apparently cannot update the iOS 16. Why can’t you make an app that works for everyone? i’m sure I’m not the only one that this has affected.🤨not happy!

Why did you change the layout of the app? I cannot maneuver through to find what I need. The new format is way to cumbersome.
