Constant crashes
When trying to do any type of reservation the app crashes. Defeats the entire point of the app.
Fix your app
Terrible, can’t log in with correct credentials. Unacceptable for the fees and membership you pay annually. Who is managing this app?
App has changed…for the worse
I used to use the app regularly, then we got new iPhones three month ago and I forgot to download it. I just downloaded it today and it has changed for the worse. Will not let me log in, despite knowing I’m using the correct credentials, and things look at a lot more crowded than they used to. Whoever designed this app needs to take it back to the drawing board

Good upgrade
Decent upgrade. I'd like to see an update to include being able to see what tennis court # is available to reserve. On the old app you could see what court was available to reserve but the new app does not show this. It only shows the court # after a reservation is made. But what if you don't want that specific court?

Cannot sign up for classes
Stuck at the point of choosing participants resulting in availability gone
Not working
I’ve tried closing the app, deleting the app and then redownloading it. It still gives me a 70% green bar and just stays there. It’s NOT working.
Not working
The app suddenly stopped loading on 3/13. Uninstalled, reinstalled and updated the phone. Still not loading.
Wont open anymore
Was working fine and then it just stopped working. App won’t open.
Not Reliable
Works more often than not but being a newer App has way too many bugs. I carry my phone into facility to check in only to be told the system is down & my name is recorded on paper. Really?!
Barely functional
This app is so clunky and glitchy. Half the buttons/links don’t work.
Does not work well
Come on Columbia Association! For all the money you charge you could afford someone who can write an app! I clicked on ‘Explore’ and I can only see the ‘supreme court’ - with no activities! I am not even signed up for that facility !
Terrible UX design
App has a lot of errors, hard to book courts. Drop down stack menu where the caption gets cut off. Better off booking online than on the app.
Good Once Logged In
A bit tricky to get logged in - I had to call and check in with CA for directions. Once you’re in the app it’s very easy to use. I love how they organized the class schedules and sign-up process.
Can’t reserve childcare
The app crashes when attempting to reverse the childcare.
Works great!
Several reviewers complained about warning messages or other issues. The first time I launched the app, I saw these too. Closing and reopening the app resolved them. Once resolved, I’m able to do everything I would expect in the app, and the UI is far more intuitive than the old app. Thanks for the update, CA!

Awful
Not sure who designed this app but the UX quite is extremely poor. Took me 25 minutes to gain access and gives me errors all over the place. Can’t read a description about what a class entails or book the class itself without errors. Useless
Error messages and no access to register for classes and personalize front page.
As the title indicates. The app isn’t working properly. I get error messages when I try to register for a class. There is also no options to personalize front page.
Few important things are missing
For a few important things - it says contact the facility by phone. E.g. Can’t change payment card info, my wife unable to log into the app in her phone using the login credentials, tennis clubs only have 25 min and 60 minute options when the facility says nothing has changed in regards to time slots and they still have same availability… , not able to see which courts are booked / available in a given facility etc. The app Upgrade seems counterintuitive… at least for now.

Can I give it a 0???
It tells me to log in with my online credentials. Great, did that and it tells me my credentials are incorrect. I change my password, delete and reload app. Try again. It STILL WON’T log me in. I can log in just fine on the website. I try creating a new log in. Nope, that won’t work either. Give me the freaking card. I don’t want to have to live by an app. Ever.
