New update is awful. If they don’t fix it I’ll just get a new bank

App constantly thinks your device is new to their system and requires verification codes and password resets. Garbage customer service too at the bank.

Login does not work well. Keeps looking for a Device ID. Have to reset password every time I want to access my account. Also, touch ID is implied on the login screen but no means to enable touch ID inside the app. I gave an iphone 8+. Previous version was easier to navigate. This app is not ready for prime time.

Columbine has been great since opening our account. The app is easy to navigate and easy to get the information needed.

The app is ok for basic functions but given the number of of apps I use, I rely on the password forgot feature from time to time but this app completely locks you out.
Useless
Virtually, realistically, functionally, hypothetically, and presumably useless. Having financial tools be unreliable even part time are useless.
