Best browser
No matter what your OS is, this is hands-down the best browser I ever used. I wish that I could afford the computer. Which is like the ultimate AI. I feel like the results would be life-changing. No matter what though this browser is amazing.

Very useful features like summarize, multi LLM support etc. But freezes often with voice chat etc
The holy grail

A promising browser, but with bugs
Hey, perplexity, thank you for your work. You made a nice product. But it could be better. For example: address/link bar on iphone app - when I try to refill it with the new link and I already started typing it passes the old one just in the middle of the new link . Also doesn’t work a button “search the web” with selected text. And your browser is a way slower, then safari. In the basic scripts. Nevertheless, I use comet and hope that soon it will be as fast and cool as safari.

I see no difference between this and any other browser
After three months of using this as my main browser, I still don’t understand the purpose of it. The team that developed this browser has done a lousy job showing regular people the purpose of an AI integrated browser.
Didn't realized I liked A.I
I searched up the best new browsers and found comet by accident. I instantly enjoyed the aesthetic of everything when I opened it up and I started using the A.I assistant and was like "yo.... Ive needed A.I all along." It makes everything flow seemlessly. I would be willing to bet that if most people give this browser a try they would feel the same. Definitely worth the download.

No option to bookmark page on iPad version
No option to bookmark page on iPad. Unbelievable. Prompted Comet for solution and it could not find solution either. Otherwise, product seems to work. Please implement this basic feature..

I wish it had flow
there’s this feature on opera GX called flow where you can send and retrieve files from your mobile device or other computers with Opera GX installed it’s really handy and quick

左にスワイプすると設定やブックマークの画面にいけたり、Safariみたいにアドレスバーを上にスワイプするとタブ一覧にいけるようになると嬉しい。
→アドレスバーの上スワイプでSafariと同じようにタブ一覧が開くようになりました。左スワイプはプライベートタブ。
かなり使いやすくなってるので、星5にしました。今後も更に改善されることを期待してます。

It gets 3 stars cuz I can’t continue the chat in Perplexity. I’ve also sent a few support tickets to them in the past about a few things, but I don’t have time to do it for everything.

Only blocks crackers that aren’t theirs also privacy features suck.
The ad advertise about blocking crackers, but they only block trackers and ads that aren’t their trackers and ads. Also when you delete search history and cookies and tabs. It says they’re gone and then when you check for the next five minutes, it says they’re gone, but then you’ll come back next day and they’ll be back it says I deleted them, but it doesn’t. It shows they’re gone and then it comes back a day later or 10 minutes later it’s very glitchy. and it constantly takes you to scam websites instead of the legit version. also not a fan of the fact that you can’t add extensions like the desktop version.

A mid browser tied into a terrible LLM.
Upload a selfie and ask it to put various eyeglass frames on my own face. All it can do is spam AI slop “photos” of some other face, and the eyeglass frames never change. Just different fake faces.
If it can’t do something this basic, how can you trust ANYTHING else that it reports back to you?

Erratic and always signing me out of my accounts
Initially I liked Perplexity so I thought Comet would be a good adjunct. However, it's actually worthless. At best it act similar to perplexity AI, but as an Internet search engine or whatever it's supposed to do, it's worthless. Basically it instructs me to sign into Google or DuckDuckGo to complete a traditional search. When I quiz it on what benefits I get, that it seems to perform just like Perplexity, it struggles to come up with an answer.
Also, it constantly signs me out out of the app times has simply not function correctly. I wish I hadn't paid for a year in advance, I definitely will not renew.

Terrible interface
This is a terrible interface. Nothing can be found easily at all. Confusing and frustrating!
So close to perfect
Sync could be improved, but it’s pretty great! Incredible AI tools for agentic actions. Transforms browsing.

サブスク登録して利用していますが、ログインしている全てのデバイスからいきなりSMS認証を求められるようになり、ログインできなくなっています。アカウント情報として携帯の電話番号をしていないし、登録していないのに、SMS認証を強要するのはどういう事でしょうか？個人情報を収集したいんてすか？
