Keeps Crashing on Search
I love Comet’s ability to use Perplexity as its default search engine. On iPad & MacOS it’s my default browser. However on iOS it keeps crashing while entering search terms. I’ve uninstalled & re-installed, cleared the cache & cookies. Frankly, it’s forced me back to Safari as my default browser on my iPhone.

Incredible AI browser
Comet is a massive upgrade from Google Chrome. The Perplexity AI integration is perfect and the voice mode works beautifully. It runs smoothly on Chromium and makes everyday browsing feel truly intelligent. Highly recommended for everyone.

No ads at all even in the worst websites. Very happy to make it default browser on my laptop and mobile.

Stop keeping top sites in homepage
It’s a great app I just don’t like how there’s not an option to turn off your most recent sites from popping up in every new tab. I get it’s convenient for some people but for some ots annoying. Going back to regular safari /google

Love Comet, need Kagi
Comet is fantastic on iOS and I’d love to make it my full‑time browser. Please add support for Kagi or custom search engines as the default search provider, similar to Safari’s search engine setting.

I am perplexity pro user and I am trustrated with comet on IOS. Despite paying for PRO, I don’t have access to spaces or full deep research on my iPhone even though these are core features in the main perplexity app. This forces me to constantly switch back to the perplexity app, defeating the purpose of using comet as an all in one browser
If I am paying for PRO, I expect feature parity - or least clear communication about what’s missing and when it’s coming
On top of that, Russian voice input has completely broken. It worked right after installation but it some point stopped and now it only recognise English

Crashes all the time. Very slow
The app freezes and crashes all the time. Every website. Every day every 10 minutes or so. Sooooooo alow

Annoying section “Discover”
Asked to add option of disabling section “Discover” (with stupid news) on the start page, but developers didn’t fix that and did not contact me. That was really annoying and irritating section.
Best browser
No matter what your OS is, this is hands-down the best browser I ever used. I wish that I could afford the computer. Which is like the ultimate AI. I feel like the results would be life-changing. No matter what though this browser is amazing.

Very useful features like summarize, multi LLM support etc. But freezes often with voice chat etc

A promising browser, but with bugs
Hey, perplexity, thank you for your work. You made a nice product. But it could be better. For example: address/link bar on iphone app - when I try to refill it with the new link and I already started typing it passes the old one just in the middle of the new link . Also doesn’t work a button “search the web” with selected text. And your browser is a way slower, then safari. In the basic scripts. Nevertheless, I use comet and hope that soon it will be as fast and cool as safari.

Getting good. Waiting for tab groups to sync, expecting two more tabs views like list and slide views, live workspace apart from tab groups.

I see no difference between this and any other browser
After three months of using this as my main browser, I still don’t understand the purpose of it. The team that developed this browser has done a lousy job showing regular people the purpose of an AI integrated browser.
