Driver cancels ride after showing up ten minutes before prebook time, making me wait an hour for another. Stupid Rashid! Learn how to do your job!
Terrible service
What is the point of prebooking if a driver is not assigned to the ride until the time of pick-up? I evidently cancelled the booking after waiting more than 20 minutes.

How does it work?
(1) Cannot add home address. Search engine does not know my street address. (2) Can’t add my work address. (3) Why does developers allow search engine to report addresses outside of Singapore—like I’m going to take a taxi to Toronto?!
1 Star for such a dumb search engine. The program does not know where I live and can’t go to where I work. How useless is that?!
