The door doesn’t open
I have some issues the door is not connecting. Worked on the first day then never connected afterwards.
Commax Offline
My WiFi is on, the power in the house is on, but the Commax is offline on the App so cannot open gate via the App - it goes offline often
Way better than smart call app
I switched to this device and it’s app
I can open the door from the app with out someone ring the bill
However I wish there is a quick shortcut to open the door without open the camera.
Like camera 1 and a bottom to open the door before viewing the camera

Nice job and good quality product, the app is really cool and full of features

Notification sound too low
Guys the app is good but when the doorbell rings… the notification sound is very low I can barely hear it. It defeats the purpose of the app.
Can you please make it louder or change it to the commax doorbell sound?
