شكرًا لتواصلك. تتوفر تطبيقات الحكومة الإلكترونية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية. لتغيير اللغة اضغط على زر القائمة الرئيسية أعلى يسار الشاشة ثم اختر "Settings" ثم قم باختيار لغتك المفضلة.

الموقع حلو و سهل و كل شي موفر لنا ، لاكن للاسف ساعات يعلق شوي .

Thank you for your interaction. If you are not satisfied with the government entity's reply, you can reopen the case within 14 days of receiving the solution & explain the reason for dissatisfaction. For support, contact us via Tawasul system www.bahrain.bh/tawasul

They claim that they give 14 days, but it ain't true most of the times.

Thank you for your interaction. Please send your Tawasul case number and your contact details to customer.care@iga.gov.bh so we can look into the case and provide the appropriate support. Please note that all cases can be reopened within 14 days of receiving the response from the relevant entity. You can also evaluate the response of the entity you contacted within 14 days.
