I have purchased different types of clothes from them, and the quality has always been very good — from my daughter’s graduation dress to a funeral dress. The only issue I have is that all of their clothes take a long time to be delivered, so you need to order well in advance.

I placed an order, received it and the items were way too large. I immediately tried to start a return. Impossible. I sent an email and got a response someone will get back to me to start the process. Have not heard anything. There is no way to return your items once purchased. I spent a lot of money and do t want these items. I could have purchased on Temu for way less. Mistake. Don’t order from this company. No way to get in touch with

Just as bad as SheIn, maybe worse
Quality of the clothes is not great and they try to make it impossible to return anything. I've been trying to get return information for over $100 worth of clothes and they will not give me an RMA or shipping details. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO RETURN!!!! At least with other companies you can return the purchase and get your money back.

It might not be obvious because we are used to free return with other similar companies, but with Commense you have to organise and pay for your shipment back to get the refund.
