Great App and a Great Bank
The Commercial Bank of Grayson has created an easy and intuitive app that can be used by any user to manage their accounts. It’s a very smooth experience and the app can do just about anything you want it to do. I highly recommend the app and this bank!
Please fix this!
It’s great when it works. Unfortunately that’s almost never now. App stays stuck on loading screen, and whenever you finally are able to put your information in, it is always wrong. You get two attempts and then you get locked out for a set period of time that isn’t told to you.
Unreliable
Time and time again, I’ll of course need to change my password for security purposes. Afterwards I need to fill in my security question, which is always incorrect no matter if it’s the correct answer or not. Thus leading to persistent account locking and many hours spent waiting to get an answer in their offices to go through several people to change the answers once again to their original answer. Would give a half star if I were able, but sadly this store prohibits that.
